Finn Balor earned a spot in the 2018 Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
It's tough to discern whether this is a promotion for Mahal or a demotion for Reigns, but pay-per-view crowds are liable to give this match continued hostile treatment as has been the case in Reigns' recent matches against Samoa Joe and Brock Lesnar.
Raw's viewership has settled into the sub-three million range as WWE resets following WrestleMania 34. With Money in the Bank hype beginning well over a month in advance, WWE will have an opportunity to build and maintain its audience for one of the more important pay-per-views of the year. It will have a tough time doing so, however as the NBA playoffs move into the conference championships and the finals throughout this entire pay-per-view cycle.
