*Note: If your Mi Box does not come with Kodi loaded as an application, go to the Google Play Store and download it.
Steps for Enabling Unknown Sources and installing Gears Launchpad
Starting from Kodi main screen:

Open Kodi
-
Click on "Open "System Settings"

Highlight "Add-ons" on the left & Click on Unknown Sources on the right

Click Back
-
Open "File Manager"
-
Click on Add Sources
-
Click on <None> and enter
-
Click the bottom file and name it repo
-
Click Ok
-
Return to the main Kodi screen
Steps for Gears Lauchpad
Starting from Kodi main screen:

Click on "Add-ons"
-
Click on the cardboard box (Add-ons menu) the top of screen
-
Click "Install from zip"
-
Click repo
-
Click on: repository.GearsTv-1.1zip and wait for notification
-
Click on: repository.M-TvGuide-1.4zip and wait for notification
-
Click on "Install from repository"
-
Click on Gears TV Repository
-
Click on Program add-ons
-
Click on Gears Launchpad and Install
-
Return to Kodi main screen
-
Highlight Add-ons on the left
-
Click on Gears Launchpad on the right
-
Open Gears TV and use your login information
-
Open MayfairGuide Pro if you have it and login with your Mayfair Guide Pro login information
-
Enable Gears TV and enter Gears TV login information
(*Note: Enter login information twice because you will receive and error message on the first attempt)
